Moisturizer, makeup whatever you use in summer that must contain good ranges of SPF, to protect your skin from sun’s UVA & UVB rays.
Rule of golden makeup is less better in super hot summer. That is good if you don’t want to end up your makeup with melted face. Avoid the foundation & concealer is ideal during in summer days. Only thin layer of face primer with moisturizer is alright. If you think it less then you need more coverage then go for tinted moisturizer. With that apply some cheeks color for a lasting glow. Applying a sheer coat of transparent powder you makeup will set up.
You may swap foundation for tinted moisturizer & sheer formula feel your skin less likely to turn cakey on steamy days. Moisturizer should need 20 SPF & tinted moisturizer has to needs 20 SPF also.
Some experts recommended to brushing powder foundation over the tinted moisturizer in spots where you need a little extra coverage- at the area of blemish or red or around the nose. Pressed mineral foundation is good in this situation.
Prevent shine & Glow-- To abolish shine within second nothing can compare with blotting papers. It is cheap, easy & amazing, you just press & go. You may try refresh oil blotting papers. At first run blotting paper in your face then dust matte pressed powder to your face & get hint of luminescence.
Eye Makeup is most prominent things of makeup, so special attention must be needed. Eyeliner, eye pencil should be waterproof to prevent melting of eye makeup. Eye crayons (like oil pastel) are strictly prohibited, to protect the eyes from smudgy disaster. To keep makeup in place water proof mascara is obvious. But waterproof mascara make the lashes tends to be brittle & dry. If you love to protect your Eyelashes, first go with some lash moisturizer then apply waterproof mascara.
Powder shadow is alright but creamy products make smudge. Inspite this you may use this creamy liner. Apply creamy liner then use angled brush to press dark shadow over the liner to make it set for long time.

Obviously use less oil contain product, eyeliner. Line your eyes with shadows. Smudge free makeup can create, after use concealer little bit of loose powder sweep on it.
To retain youthful look to your face, blush your cheeks with apple shades.
Bronzer Touch-- Experts said, bronzer makes your eyes look brighter, teeth look whiter. Little add of warmth skin look better in warm. Bronzer should apply high point of your skin where sun naturally hit; forehead, cheeks bones, chin & nose. Powder bronzer is highly recommended & east to apply with fluffy bristle brush.
In case of short hair or pony tale be sure to sweep a little bronzer onto your neck & earlobes.
For promising lip color that prefer lip stick or lip gloss, face powder should be recommended before applying lip stain. In this way lip color will stay long up to six hours. Nude lip color is more preferable for summer season.
Tinted lip balm is great choice for summer & has SPF to protect lip from sun.
