From my sense of humor I feel to create Harmonious natural look through makeup is best for dark or matte complexion people. With highlight the beauty it brings out the radiance of dark complexion. Dark complexion people are mostly oily skin. Better to avoid any heavy texture makeup. To verify the skin undertone (What is your undertone?) are most important to go for any makeup choice.
Warm skin tone glow on orange color
shade and cool skin tones are glow on pink color.
Foundation-
Most vital thing of dark makeup is well cover of foundation.
Right kind of foundation is which suits your skin tone perfectly. Choose the
foundation exactly the same shade as your skin tones or half shades lighter, to
avoid the dreaded mask lines.
Professional says- Use two shades for darker complexion, lighter one for forehead, nose, & cheeks & darker shades for rest of the portion of face.
