Technique to Use-
To fill the brush, remove the empty cylinder and use scooper to fill with foundation or all over face color. Screw cylinder back into brush base until tight. Turn bottom dial to ‘Open’ position point brush downward and shake lightly to disperse the minerals. Begin buffing the minerals to the skin in a circular motion, which can be starting on the outside of your face near the cheekbone. Buff around face and just approach your forehead, cheeks & nose.
